Don't worry, the car wasn't moving. She thought it was funny to sit in the truck like a big girl. 

We went to Hurlburt Field- an airforce base- in Fort Walton for an open house. We got to climb around and sit in the planes that Brent will be on. 

We went to the gulfarium. 

The fish were celebrating Halloween.

There was a window down low on the dolphin tank so Phoebe could see them swim by.

I think the turtle has a bad case of roids. probably effected his speed.

I just love her laugh. You'll have to excuse the weird noise I'm making, she thinks it's hilarious. Flash tried to steal the show, but she was laughing at me too. 

Happy half birthday!

Phoebe turned 6 months old today. She had a doctor's appointment and is doing great. She weighs in at 20 pounds and 28 inches long.  Dangity dang.  I lost track of how many nurses commented on how cute she is and had to pinch her chubby legs and cheeks. Phoebe is pretty used to that so she didn't mind.

Teeth!!! She has two bottom teeth now. If you look hard and use your imagination you can see them.

We went on a nature walk in search of the "rare" carnivorous pitcher plant. It is in fact, not very "rare" on this walk. they're the white plants in the center(ish) of the photo. Here's my picture of the pitcher. 

We carved our pumpkins...and they have since promptly rotted and died. ehhh. opps. 

Phoebe is practicing drinking from a sippy cup. I'm pretty sure she doesn't get anything out of it, but has a blast banging it around. 

She has been doing some funny poses lately. She gets into a push up position and hold that for a while. (that's what I was trying to get a picture of...but I think I missed it) She also lifts her butt up in the air, think baby downward dog, but then she tips over because, well, she's a baby. 

Books, books, books. She loves books. Especially these two.
