We rented a pop up camper and did a little touring around Arkansas during President's Day Weekend. The first night we stayed at a campground/big cat reservation. It was crazy hearing lions and tigers all night long. Then in the morning Phoebe looked out our window and saw a tiger (in a cage). Every morning there after she would wake up and ask where the tigers are. She has an interesting idea of what camping is already.
The next night we stayed in Eureka Springs. It's a pretty area of Arkansas. The coolest thing by far was this little shop that had working bunnies. Honest. A live bunny handed me a pen, took my credit card, handed me my receipt to sign and then took it when I was done. A bunny!?! I didn't get any pictures, but Phoebe has a t-shirt so I figure that is proof enough.
The third night we stayed in Petit Jean State park. We had nice weather so we went on a few mini hikes.
Turtle Rocks in Petit Jean
Rock House Cave
Phoebe liked to throw the leaves and yell WHEEE!

this was at the pinnacle peak state park- a different day of mini hikes
Cavern in Eureka Springs. Phoebe was on the verge of a major freakout as we went down the stairs to enter the cavern. Then she saw a kitty and life was good again. Phew.
