On the flight down Phoebe had her own seat to look through her books.
We went to the State Park to find Diamonds. Sadly, we found none. However two days before we were there a 12 year old found a 5 karat diamond. Lucky duck.
On out way back we stopped in Hot Springs National Park. Phoebe did not want to be a park ranger.
The next day we went up Pinnacle Peak. It's a little mountain that isn't too far from the base.

We rented some bikes and toddled up and down the Arkansas River trail. It was pretty fun. Phoebe didn't even mind her helmet.
Helmet, shades, milk...she was living the dream
She even fell asleep on the way back.
